Sound Healing
Sound healing uses special instruments to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit through vibration and tone. It creates a relaxing environment that helps restore the nervous system, release emotions, and lead to a meditative state, allowing access to deeper inner wisdom and healing.
During a sound session, clients relax fully dressed on a massage table while the practitioner works around them, activating instruments specific to their needs. This creates a complete sound immersion that promotes individualized healing and personal growth.

Sound Reiki
Combines traditional light-touch energy healing with metal singing bowls and other musical instruments tuned to each major chakra. Sound Reiki is designed to promote, align, and imprint positive, healing energy throughout the physical body and in the energetic fields surrounding the body. Drums and rattles help ground the newly attuned bodies followed by angel tuning forks and chimes that gently bring the whole self back to awareness. This session creates deep energetic alignment and physical relaxation, helps balance emotions, and strengthens connection to the spiritual universe. Includes pre- and post-session consultations.

Gong Therapy
A more intense gong-centered healing session intended to disrupt and release stagnant energy, promoting flow and balance. The remaining energy is realigned and attuned with crystal pyramids and tuning forks used both on and off the body. Drums and rattles help ground the physical and energetic bodies followed by crystal singing bowls and chimes that gently bring the whole self back to awareness. This transformative session promotes emotional release, strong energetic centering, and a deeper spiritual connection to your divine self and the universe. A sound bath featuring the relaxing, softer side of gongs. Starting with low vibrational tones that calm the mind and nervous system, the intensity slowly builds to surround the client in a swell of gentle pulsations.
